The structure itself differed little from the existing Fulton St elevated section on the J. In fact, in the Alabama-Van Siclen Ave areas, it looks even stronger!Some of the support pillars were replaced by new, solid ones in the 1980's. But some of the lattice ones still exist and they existed for decades holding up behemoths like the Standards and R16's. |
