Yes, and if the combo line saves money, it's a side benefit of combining two lines that likely will improve service on both.And for those on the M actually looking for lower Manhattan, for now that can be dealt with by a SAME PLATFORM transfer at Essex to the J/M OR the Downtown 6 at Broadway-Lafayette and eventually the 6 in both directions there. |
