I don't know if this is anything more than a pipe dream, but it was said all along, that the M/V combo would actually be a cost SAVING measure, as opposed to something that would cost money.It would save equipment, it would take a like that dead ends in Manhattan, and connected to a severed line at Essex St. The M isn't needed on Nassau St really. |
