In the original pic, at least some of the autos are westbound? But in one of Mellow One's pics they're all eastbound?They used to change the direction of the upper roadway, depending on the time of day. The entrance on the Queens side was at Thompson Ave and the entrance on the Manhattan side was 57th St between First and Second Aves. |
