Eh, alright. I read "do to" as "to do" instead of "due to". The former reading would tend to indicate that the RCC was initiating something rather than reacting to a problem with the system, as the latter interpretation would indicate.

Still, flaming someone over asking for clarification because of a misunderstanding caused by a spelling error in the original post is hardly a reason for no fewer than seven posters to jump on the person who initially asked for clarification. You all need to calm the hell down and stop taking this shit so personally.
