True. But I'd still would've preferred a new bridge even if it meant no bridge for a certain amount of years till the new one can be completed.
The roadways need to be wider. One time the inner roadway had a bunch of cones on one line making the inner roadway one lane only. It probably would be better off so. [Granted this was on a weekend I was on the bridge].
