That applies to besses and other vehicles subject to laws appertaining to motor vehicles. It does not apply to LOCOMOTIVES, nor does is apply to stationary applications such as electric generators.REMEMBER, Even though locomotives are not moving, they ARE providing hotel power to their consists. This likely enough includes cleaning and car maintenance. It makes GREAT SENSE to clean and maintain the C3s at LIC with one day time crew than to maintain them at the east end with several night time crews. So YES. LION SAYS LIC will continue to live and service trains. EOS ROAR |
