No. They appear to be south of the LIC platforms.We are looking west toward the city, the locomotives are pointed east to Long Island. On the right (north) are the LIC Platforms sans any third rails. Then there is a fence. To the left (south) are more yard tracks, and they all have third rails. ROAR |
