However, isn't LIC the diesel shop for LIRR?A settlement though could involve doing similar to what NJT does at Raritan yard (placing heaters to keep the diesel warn during cold months) and turning the engines off. Does the MTA do that regularly or does it leave its engines idling all weekend? |
