I guess they didn't pay attention to the immediate neighborhood. I'm sure many others walked away after noticing the railyard. The real estate salespeople must have played down the railyard to anyone who asked about it. Sort of the opposite of what certain Pennsylvania developers tell people buying homes out there, that a "rail link" is a few years away. |
