And more engines idle in the area for longer bits of time and more trains move and make noise there in a few hours than LIC does in an entire week, so I would think there would be much word and opposition there than LIC. They don't get weekend respites in Harmon as they do in LIC when the trains are not there for 2 straight days, 3 if it is a holiday weekend. |
