Wonder how the C/R operated (1/3 or 3/1?) Probably the latter, no reason for the C/R and T/O to be in the same car, although that probably happened back when the SS ran a pair of 32s with a single R-11. I don't understand why (and if it's be mentioned here, I missed it) why St. Louis car didn't put C/R controls in the operating ends of the R-40s and R-42s. |
