"But if they can float the tax free bonds this year, I think that will resurrect the project, even if it's trimmed down somewhat. "The financing markets are improving but until much of the unsold inventory of apartments in the area are sold not much is going to happen. A shame it is a good project for brooklyn especially the minority residents in the surrounding areas and not so much for the lawyers living in brooklyn heights. there lies the problem |
