MTA should negotiate to make sheepshead bay station ada compliant with the help of the developer.Perhaps in the zoning/land use horse trading, that can be exacted from the developer in exchange for approval of a plan on the commodious end of things. Of course, I have never known MTA to be skillful at negotiating anything, e.g., Willets Pt station naming rights. |
