Sheapshead is filled with luxury apartment towers. There are 4 to five new building put up in the last 5-10 years within a few block radius of the station.Hope they get this project of the ground and the tax dollars start rolling in. The city should also build a multi-deck parking garage on the municipal lot behind the ballys and use it as a park and rude facility cutting out costly express buses The area is much better than it was in the early 1990's. I think sheepshead bay road stip has the highest density of Sushi joints in the country. Fresh and good prices |
