Back in the late 1970's nostalgia trains ran frequently and many people were disappointed when R9's were used. After all, the cars had been in revenue service until only a few years earlier and older equipment was still running in revenue service in Philadelphia and Boston.I like the R33 and R36 Worlds Fair cars because they are the first new cars I really remember. |
