The real villans are the two faced double talking trasit agencies who have no respect for the constitution. You have no constitutional right to photograph trains. What you have is a right to do something that's not expressely illegal. Metrorail could always begin the process to make photography illegal, and the "constitution" would not bar them. Since they have not, you are correct to file a complaint. |
