On a practical level, what is really so silly about all this is that anyone who wants to -- railfan, terrorist, whatever -- can now take pictures surreptitiously with fairly high quality cameras now routinely in cellphones, BBerrys, iPhones, etc.All legal and constitutional issues aside, from a security perspective it is just utterly pointless and a waste of resources. |
