So, I ask the question(s)" Just how much of the stations tested were not possible to platform?Which stations were deficient and by how much? Could of should "F" trains of 11 cars begin and terminate at Church Ave? That would eliminate the "short" Culver elevated platforms until they are extended. How much and where have IND platforms been encroached upon? Can those rooms be recovered for platform use? We know trash rooms were built, can they be moved to locations underneath stairway to mezzanines? After an examination of platform length, what is the current maximum usable length? This would be determined by the station with the least usable platform length. avid avid |
