As to reroute options, were not the other "original" IND stations of the current E (RR S of the Archer branch) long enough so that for example a diverted F could use 53rd to 8th to WTC to the Cranberry Tunnel to Jay is 6th Ave were hors de combat? Was the (M)TA dumb enough to build the63rd St stations short? |
