Since R-10 #3184 (owned by RPC) was repainted back into its original two-tone grey w/orange stripes, #3189 (owned by the Transit Museum) could easily be painted into the aqua blue/white w/"racing" stripe scheme. By the way, based upon hearing discussions and reading forum messages all these years later (which I can agree in essence), many transit buffs do say the R-10's were at their best looking when they were painted in that bright eye-awakening scheme, first introduced on the cars in 1965-66, that Steve B really champions for and loves.-William A.
