Yes, for the portion of it west of 108th Street. I don't think the portion of the LIE east of Flushing Meadow Park was ever considered the "Queens-Midtown Expressway." I think the official name was always Horace Harding Expressway like the service roads.That's correct, although I think the cutoff is Queens Boulevard & Eliot Avenue, not 108th Street. |
