That's what I've been saying. An individual officer might or might not know a given law. So when he calls a supervisor, it's the supervisor's responsibility to know or find out and advise accordingly.It's also a citizen's right to request a supervisor. If an officer and citizen are in a dispute, the citizen can request that the officer check with a supervisor. |
