There was a cop in NY named Michael Dowd who rode shotgun with drug dealers in the 80's. Some say he's the worst cop in NYC history. Worse than anyone in the Serpico chapter.Even he was described as "living in Brentwood, a working-class neighborhood with weedy lawns". I'll wiki Chatsworth. |
