What I don't agree with is telling the cop that he can't stop you from taking pictures.You can certainly try to show him the rules politely then leave if he insists. I would not simply say ok and leave since he can turn around and say that I voluntarily complied with a request. I want to go on record that he deliberately violated the law even after an attempt was made to show it to him. |
