" Everyone has their little quirks. One just need to plan ahead and prepare a good response for the police when questioned. Police officers rather be in the field than filling out paper work. The one exception is when a shift is almost over. You are more likely to be taken in because the officer will get overtime. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail |
