It is illegal (as in unsafe) to operate vehicles (however powered, regardless of the number of wheels it might have) on the sidewalk. Exception is made for children riding on toys. So a kid on a bicycle is playing with a toy. An Adult riding home from work is operating a vehicle and may not use the sidewalks.ROAR |
