They are allowed to use the handcuffs, "for your safety and ours" to quote when I was placed in the bracelets while they did wants and warrants when they thought I was fare beating. Though they called Central on the radio and didn't run me down to the district.They didn't like your attitude so you got hit with three bills instead of one and did the trip. Even though you are in the right, a little respect / curtsey goes a long way. |
