Posted by rtype3995 on Thu Feb 12 23:18:09 2009, in response to Re: I was taken in handcuffs for photography at the Freeman St Station on the 2, posted by Ken S. on Thu Feb 12 21:01:06 2009. i probably shouldnt have said nothing to the officer, but my thing was if you are going to write the summons, then what would i be getting one for.........the discon and the impeding traffic is absurd.......the discon probably was because he didnt appricate me talking back with him, and i dont know why i got the impeding traffic summons........ anyhow, i look forward to court( i told him i'll see him there), and i'll call ccrb tommorrow, and then look to make other moves..... |
