I once got a summons in LA and as it was almost $1,000 just for the one summons, I'd hate to see what three would be. In LA you're supposed to pay the entire fine as bail, just to get a trial. If NYC is the same way and the judge doesn't cut you slack, it could be very expensive just to fight it. But the best of luck to you! |
