And if I'm not mistaken there was a connection between the Brighton and the NY&MB (now Bay Ridge) near Ave H.The Bay Ridge Branch goes under the Brighton Line. The old Manhattan Beach Branch ran along side the Brighton south of the turn-off from the Bay Ridge Branch. But I don't think there was ever a connection along there between the Brighton and the LIRR. Maybe when Brighton and Manhattan Beach went to the Race Track that was over there. |
