That stuff you see hanging down is the "sound absorbing material" which is stuffed into the acoustic panels to absorb noise. As for Sutphin - you'd think they'd be able to get up there and powerwash the ceiling, but you CAN'T, with that "stuff" behind it. You have to give it a sponge bath, and nobody seems to want to do that.wayne |
