I thought one of them zoned out?Correct. The engineer of the coal train failed to pay attention to his track warrant in part because he was on the phone, and the conductor didn't really do his job, either. Both the engineer and conductor of the coal train were critically injured. The other BNSF train's engineer was killed, but his conductor survived rather unscathed. |
