True that...But look what you have to contend with... But to get BACK ON TOPIC.... Staten Island NEEDS more transportation options...what little it has is choking it to death. The NSR would be a start...and IF they somehow FOUND the money,like they bent over backwards for MANHATTAN..then all will be well. |
