Do you know if that's the only LRV so equipped, or might it be just for test purposes? It certainly is much easier to see than those LED signs. All vehicles of the most progressive system in the world (in my opinion), Karlsruhe, Germany, including the latest, still have - and from what I understand - will continue to use the clear rollsigns. No LED or other similar type sign has yet to equal the clarity and amount of information that can be displayed on a rollsign. |
