Plans afoot to create one continuous station with entrances each block and trains stopping every 750 feet. - Railfans bemoaning the scrapping of R-375 subway cars. R-160 and lower cars considered safety hazards and not allowed to run with passengers on nostalgia trips. - MTA broadening its jurisdiction over an area of land ranging from Washington DC to Manchester, New Hampshire to Cleveland. |
