Let's see what happens when the EPA Tier III regs for emissions are eventually finalized.

Probably getting more sulfur out of the diesel fuel is the thing that maybe has resulted in the largest reductions in emissions of the really noxious stuff.

And that ALP46 isn't green, you know. Kind of grayish actually, with that multicolored stripe. :)

But kidding aside, since electric power can be supplied in ways other than the burning of hydrocarbons, the ALP46 tends to be 'greener', yes.
