A HIGH priority, requiring no new construction so not part of my priority list, would be the immediate elimination of the 2 'A' trains. Run the A to Rock, the C to Lefferts and be done with it.I agree, but it has been stated several times on the boards that the users of stations on the Lefferts Branch would not accept a train that has local service in Brooklyn during Normal Hours. Hence, the C goes express and the K replaces the C. |
