As far as I know, most airports don't charge paid parking drivers a fee for the airtrain/peoplemover to bring them to their terminals.

And ALL airports don't charge a fee for the peoplemover/airtrain if you board it on airport property, except for JFK AirTrain.

So yes, they luck out, but only because there is no other way to handle them.

They could have not provided the kiss and ride. Obviously they did provide it, for free, as an incentive to keep the cars away from the central terminal roadways. That's super. Awesome. But where's the incentive to keep transit riders off the terminal roadways? There should be no fee for them at HB as this incentive.
