No, they wouldn't be walking to the terminals, but say someone in Howard Beach wanted to rent a car on a Sunday. They should have to pay $5 for the privilege of getting to the rental counter?Would they be walking to said rental car counter from that gate? Or would they have to ride AirTrain like every other person to get to that counter? They have rental car places outside the airport, no? |
