Or if it is, then it is so just like the Jamaica Branch route. There is only one free route, and it doesn't go to Howard Beach. nowhere else in the country are people charged to ride a free circulator Unproven assertion. the PA knew this back when they ran the bus, Unproven assertion. but they got greedy, Unproven assertion and they successfully pulled one over on everyone WRONG. |
