If you arrive at the HB branch of airtrain via any other method than crossing that bridge over the imaginary line, then you pay no fare, which makes sense, since it is an ON THE PROPERTY FREE AIRPORT CIRCULATOR. THOSE ARE NEVER CHARGED FOR. Instead, PANYNJ decided to charge a pedestrian toll to those accessing the ON THE PROPERTY FREE AIRPORT CIRCULATOR from the adjacent, off the property (A) train station. |
