The stipulations in building airtrain was a surcharge put on airline tickets. I believe there's something that said it's to be used strictly for travel to and from the airport. That's also why there isn't any intermediate stations outside either. That would also include using it to travel between Jamaica and Howard Beach.....but don't quote me on that, I think I read that here once, so that may or may not be fact. |
