And how exactly has the Cross-Bronx helped Bronx traffic? Ever see the Cross-Bronx not packed beyond capacity?The idea of diverting traffic that need not be in an urban area through an urban area has been a disaster everywhere it has been tried. Beltways belong outside the urban area. And radials should terminate. |
