But there were much cheaper options that they could have went with...such as using part of GRAND CENTRAL lower level..and they can STILL DO IT..Two tunnels in Sunnyside..with diverging track..to the new yard..instead of 3.. HECK..if you scrap the whole TERMINAL within a Terminal crap..you'd save a BILLION right there... |
