This is the 70's all over again...Too much to get done..all at the same time..rather than taking ones time and building ONE ROUTE AT A TIME. The 7 line should have been placed on the BACK BURNER..until at least HALF of the MUCH MORE IMPORTANT SAS line was finished. Since NYC is building the 7 route on its own..does that change anything...? No..it makes it WORSE... It divides FUNDING..money that could help COMPLETE on project goes to START another..there for making less money available overall for BOTH. |
