The underground features are going to get done, including the passageways, elevators, escalators etc. so that's fine.The Dey Street passageway should be just about done, by the way. It was listed as 85% complete 3 months ago. Since the TA has already opened to the public 2 of the FTC features (2 new entrances) I hope Dey Street will be ope for business soon too. |
