The charges were substantiated and the CCRB will pass on the information to press charges which may result in loss of vacation, days in the street, probation, or termination. The letter specifies that this penalty is more severe than a command discipline.Don't expect anything to happen to the cop. They are completely immune to any discipline, in fact they can commit murder (Amadou Diallo, Sean Bell) or savagely beat helpless people (Rodney King) and get off scot-free. My LIRR/NYCT blog |
