I would guess that part of the reason that GO's were not as prevalent then as they are now is that there was little or no actual maintenance going on. Things were just allowed to deteriorate until they broke.Perhaps it should be considered it a sign that things are really getting bad when we don't see a lot of weekend and overnight GO's. |
