Sorry, I just don't think RTO employees steal the hand towels, toilet paper, and that soap. I think that when it's missing, it's because they ran out, and no one cares enough to replace the stuff.I agree!!! The worst case of employee theft I ever encountered was when I used to work for a hospital. Every time they bought bologna or salami - huge commercial-size rolls of the stuff would disappear... They finally caught the guy who was stealing them. Turned out his brother owned the deli a few blocks away - he was bringing free inventory to his brother.... |
